  AOI has launched a series of short -range QSFP+ 40Gbps optical transceivers for data center networks. This series of QSFP+ SR4 fiber optic transceiver uses AOI's exclusive optical engine technology, including laser and photoresist/pre -release large array to support multi -channel links. These modules can achieve interoperability with other 40GBase-SR4 QSFP+and QDR transceivers. Through OM3 multi-mode fiber, it can support a 300-meter transmission distance.

The active optical cable can be used to configure a pair of 40G transceivers or equipped with four separate SFP+ 10G serial ports for data centers.
